Contestant Application The Contestant Application may be downloaded as a Microsoft Word electronic form that may be completed on screen, saved and printed. It may also be downloaded as an Adobe Acrobat PDF Document, printed and then completed manually. In either case, the Contestant Application must be signed and one copy must be sent to the local program. |

Contestant Contract The Contestant Contract is available as an Adobe Acrobat PDF document in two versions. The electronic form version may be downloaded, completed on screen and immediately printed. You will NOT be able to save the document so it must be printed when it is completed. The other version may be downloaded, printed and completed manually. In either case, the Contestant Contract must be signed and TWO copies must be sent to the local program. You will need information from the local preliminary in order to complete portions of the Contestant Contract. |

Contestant Resume Instructions The Contestant Resume must be formated correctly and contain required information. These instructions will guide you through the setup process using your word processing application. A sample of a properly formated resume and a template for Microsoft Word may also be downloaded. The instructions may be downloaded as a Microsoft Word or an Adobe Acrobat PDF document. At least one copy of the completed Contestant Resume, not the instructions, must be sent to the local program. Local programs may require additional copies to be sent. |
